Sometimes you need text in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS — a heading, a label, a title, or emphasis — and retyping it is a waste of time. All-caps works well for short headings, buttons, acronyms and labels. In longer text it reduces readability and can read as shouting, so use it sparingly. For titles and headlines, "Capitalize Each Word" usually looks more polished than full uppercase.
